I take this photo during the days I spent in Copenhagen, this is the famous black diamond structure adjacent to the royal library
The building takes the name of black diamond because of the color of the exterior windows that are made of black granite of Zimbawe, otherwise the interior of the atrium is completely white and in the middle of the building, a huge 8-storey atrium acts as entrance and skylight for the whole building, it is a beautiful modern building ideal for taking interiors shot
I took several pictures both in the background and in the various plans, which will be the source of my upcoming publications 🙂
WORKFLOW EXPLANATION
I made a fast blend between the darker and brighter exposure, saving the sky and recovering the highlights at the window, same highlights that I pushed up around the area of main light. with clone stamp tool I removed some ghost of people in the picture and with TTS Fast Panel I launched all the effect I used to edit this picture
I increased details, sharpen and vividness of colors, with dodge and burn I reduce lights around the staircase and on the top window, with orton effect I increased the glow effect of light, setting it with an opacity of 10%. I increased contrast using luminosity masks applied to curves tool. I added a slightly yellow color using a warm filter, as final touch I added a small vignette.
As always I hope you will find this usefull. I always love to ear that from you!
