Main Installation Problems
Below you will find some of the most common problems during TTS PRO installation, please remember that the majority of the installation issues happens for a wrong PS version, please remember that TTS PRO need CC versions to run. If auto install does not run please follow the correct installation folder
1) Installer.jsx error (Something went wrong message)
This is a very easy to fix common issue, this happens for MAC users to fix this you should open Photoshop with admin permission
To make this go to “Applications” folder and select the Photoshop folder, right click on it and select “Get Info” or press CMD+I
Down to the new window that appear you can see the sharing permission, first unlock the area pressing on the lock on the right, than press “+” to add your name in the bottom area
Once your name il listed in the area click on the gear to chose “apply to enclosed items”
2) TTSPRO extension could not be loaded because is not properly signed
The reasons about this error could be differents:
– The file became corrupted during the download process. Please re-download TTSPRO and install using the manual installation method
– The file is not correctly unzipped. The best way to unzip a file for Windows users is to right-click on the file, and choose Extract. If you are using Mac please use the native unzip
– You made a previous TTSPRO install that is not successfully removed, follow the manual unistall instructions to completerly remove the files and retry install
3) TTSPRO is not appearing in Windows>Extensions
If you don’t see the panel into extensions it means that the panel is not installed
This happens because we are trying to install the panel in an incompatible Photoshop version. Please look carefully at your version of Photoshop, TTSPRO will work only in CC Photoshop versions
If panel is not appearing in Windows>Exensions please ensure you activate the extension panel into Photoshop Preferences. To make this:
Click on Edit (Win) ir Photoshop (MAC) and select Preferences>Plug-Ins
Make the setting like below an click OK
