In this post I propose a classic view of the Alpe di Siusi captured at sunset this summer. It’s the first time I’ve photographed this location, the place is enchanting, the mountains are caressed by a delicate warm light of the sunset that lies in front of them. I captured several shots using a CIR-PL filter at various times of sunset and selected different exposures to gather the best light and focus.

WORKFLOW EXPLANATION

I blended the shots using TTS PRO panel 3.0 I increase details, fix contrast and enhance color vibrance of the sky. With the help of luminosity masks I fixed the highlights and shadows light than I launch a orton effect to give a greater tone of glow to the viewer. I increase the sharpening selectively by applying it on all the mountains and on the individual elements present in the valley, excluding the grass.

As a last step I fixed the lights and shadows and cropped the image for export. I hope you will find this usefull, I love to ear this from you!
